World Cafe: Models for Launching Health Literacy Efforts

The Health Literacy Regional Network is coordinating a Pre-Summit Meeting on Monday, April 11, 2011, at the Sheraton Madison Hotel in room "South Destination" from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.  Come meet health literacy experts from across the country for small group discussions on how you can begin your own health literacy initiative.
